Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using OGInvoice you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. OGInvoice is operated by Wanzaisoft Technologies.

2. The service

OGInvoice is an online tool for making invoices and receipts, recording sales and managing items and customers. There is a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. We may add, change or remove features from time to time.

3. Your account

• Give us correct information and keep it up to date.
• You must confirm your email address to use an account created with email and password.
• Keep your password and owner passcode safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use OGInvoice for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, including making false invoices;
• send spam or harmful content, or harass others;
• try to break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service, or access other users' data;
• resell or share your account in a way that avoids our plan limits.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You own the data you enter. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and records, and for meeting your own tax and legal duties, including SST and any e-Invoice rules that apply to your business. OGInvoice does not give accounting, tax or legal advice. LHDN e-Invoice is not yet supported.

Please export your data regularly. We take care of your data, but you should keep your own copies of important records.

6. Plans and payments

• Free plan: free to use within the limits shown on the Pricing page.
• Pro plan: sold as prepaid bundles of 3, 6 or 12 months, paid through Toyyibpay or Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Pro access starts after payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the paid period unless you buy again.
• New users may be offered a free Pro trial. When a trial or Pro plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan limits.
• Prepaid payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide to make an exception.
• We may change prices for future purchases. We will not change the price of a period you have already paid for.

7. Ads

Free plan users and visitors may see advertising. Pro plan users do not.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep OGInvoice running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause the service for maintenance or updates.

9. Our rights

OGInvoice, its design, name and software belong to Wanzaisoft Technologies or its licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership in them.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using OGInvoice at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

11. Limits of liability

OGInvoice is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Wanzaisoft Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using OGInvoice after a change, you accept the new terms.
